My name is Alexa Young
Kind Fitness was created with one simple goal: to offer a comfortable, judgement-free place where women can come to move their bodies and feel good doing it.
From the beginning, Kind Fitness has been about more than workouts. It's about celebrating what your body can do, learning to speak kindly to yourself, and leaving each class feeling stronger, inside and out. We believe fitness should build confidence, not comparison, and encouragement should always come before perfection.
What makes Kind Fitness different is our heart. We lead with kindness - to ourselves, to our bodies, and to one another - because everyone's journey looks different, and everyone deserves a place where they feel supported.
